carpet anemone shrinking please help me!!

hi,
please help me I have a carpet anemone and I just got it 2 days ago. well I am really desperate for your help because it has started to really shrink as of 2:30 pm today and I dont want it to die. if you have any suggestions or any idea as of what is going on please let me know asap!!

Anemone's Inflate and deflate all the time.


A picture would be pretty helpful. Is any brown looking stuff coming out of the mouth?

How long has your system been up? What kind of lighting do you use?
