Clown hosting Lobo - Symbiosis?

Hi, my GS Maroon clown has decided to host both of my Lobos. It's been a week and I've noticed the lobos are not opening up as they normally do and I havent seen their mouths open at all.

Is the clown harming them?
Is this a symbiotic relationship?

maroon clowns can be rough on corals, they can feed what they host but Lobos are not the best chioce

the lobos might adapt and get used to the clown buggin them or they might not you just have to wait and see

Do you recommend introducing an anemone as a more suitable host or any other proactive measures?

I have large - hairy mushrooms/frogspawn/hammer and the lobos are the only animals this little guy has ever taken an interest in...
