overflow 1300 gph

I have a 1300 gph overflow that was used for about 5 months, I am in the lakeside area and will be taking offers

What is the 1300 gph overflow? is it part of a sump? Sorry kind of new to this stuff.

yeah it pulls the water down from the tank into the sump. I dont know if your interested or not but its sold allready
