Man,
Know how you feel. Trying to figure out how to get a 8 foot by 4 foot by 10 inch frag tank working in my basement. I think I have a problem. Admitting it is the first step. It is the never finished project.

I know your pain, I'm trying to drive a modular canister filter (with built in backflush) with 5 lbs of carbon and fight 5 feet of head pressure.

I have an addicition, and the only thing that could cure it is more coral. (Cowbell)

Wouldn't be so bad if thoughts about how to do "_________ with/ for my aquarium" (fill in the blank) weren't constant thoughts. Please tell me I am not the only one who lies awake at night wondering how I can even more effeciently do water changes? I walk through the cleaning supply isle at the supermarket and wonder if this pad would clean my acrylic without scratching it. I stop at the fish store anytime I am within two miles of one just to see what they have. I check my emails to see what is new and available on sdreefs even though I have no money, and no room in my tank.

I have the salt water reef tank monkey on my back.

just got a 120g, planning the 360g...i think that pretty much sums it up. and yes, i am always after new things to try, tricks to make things cheaper, or better, or different. if only i could win the lottery, then i'd be set.

I drive all around town designing the plumbing for my fish tank in my head.
I could flush the carbon and do a water change with a standard garden hose.

90g >>> 135g >>> 300g >>> ??? I think the 300g is going to have to suffice for now. I do see a frag tank in my future, but who knows when. Oh yea, then there is the 75g freshwater planted tank. Still have it, although it has been neglected lately.
