400 watt halide setup

I'm currently in the process of taking a break from the hobby, so I will be selling off some of my equipment. I have a single 400 watt Raduim HQI halide setup for sale. The ballast is a 400 watt PFO HQI and the bulb is a 4 month old 20K radium. I also have a lumenarc mini reflector that ill throw in as well.

I want to sell this as a complete setup so please make me reasonable offers but I'm willing to part out as well.
