They are unopened (NIB), heavy duty all metal construction, Auto Temp Compensating, and even have a built in LED light (batt incl) so you can read your salinity in the dark!!

I wouldn't order them form the Hong Kong seller, but have seen them listed shipped from the States as well

kinda... hard to tell quality from an ebay post... but these are the SAME ones that AW had a while back for $86+tax. I got them from a place up in LA (and not from China). I shopped around quite a bit and paid only a few bucks less.
