I do not have the time to enjoy this amazing hobby and therefore am inclinded to sell my system by next Wednesday.
The tank is a 34gal Red Sea Max Plug n' Play Aquarium. It is an awesome product and I think the best of the "nano-esque" types on the market because of its versatility with filtration, lighting and overall aesthetics.
You can perform your due diligence at www.redseamax.com Check out the specifications section. There is also a users forum with many interesting features including pics of tank set ups and modifications using MH lighting. Great resource.
I would prefer to sell the entire system with all livestock, live rock, live sand and chemicals, net/heater, misc equipment and the chiller that I purchased for the unit for $1000.
The tank alone retails for $799. The chiller for $500. I would estimate the livestock alone at $500.
This is an awesome deal. I use scripps water for changes and have never needed to switch out the bulbs.
I have also bought and sold many items on sdreefs, socalireefs and reefcentral so am happy that my product will go to a good home. I will list this on craigslist at a later day. I'd like it gone by next Wed, June 11. I'm located in the La Jolla/UTC area and will accept NO low ball offers and cash in hand sales.
