Well this isn't really a product review, but if it doesn't belong here I am sure someone will move it. On Monday I placed an order for two Hamilton 14,000k MH lamps from Hellolights.com. I did this at 2:30pm online. At 3:30pm I got an email that my order had been shipped and they gave me a Fedex tracking number. My bulbs were delivered at 10:30am Tuesday. Now get this:

They do not charge for shipping.
They gave me a free shirt.
The box was quite large and full of styrofoam peanuts with the lamps double wrapped in bubble wrap.
I have not been able to find the bulbs cheaper than they had them.

All of my future lamp purchases will be done through them. They obviously know what real customer service is and their system must be set up well to process an order that fast. Now maybe I got lucky and they didn't have anything else to do, but I doubt it. I highly recommend giving them a shot at your next bulb purchase.

I bought a 250W MH retro kit from them and it arrived fast and had all the stuff I needed. Got the shipment the next day as well.

If you sign up for their newsletter, you can get some decent deals on stuff by email (example: they have 55/66 PC bulbs for $10 right now).

I was just a part of a GB that Scott(Redeye) put together a few weeks back and yes HelloLights freakin rocks! I was expecting to receive the lights in a week or so, but I get a pm from Scott the next MORNING after the afternoon he placed the order telling me they were in his hands! WOWOWOW. I will definitely order from them again and again until their service or prices start to suck.
