If anyone does, or plans to do any regular acrylic work, do yourself a favor - invest in a router bit specifically made for plastics... a spiral flute bit. I ordered one several months ago, and have been using it regularly. The difference in edge quality compared to using a standard 2-flute wood bit is phenomenal.
