How many people use them for taking picture in there tank? Just wondering if its worth the money??

Looks like it just breaks the surface of the water so you can see below right? If that's the case, why not just buy some pieces of acrylic or take an old acrylic tank that's junk and make one? Test it first of course to make sure the 5 sides touching the water are water tight and then polish the bottom pane really well and should be good to go. Just a thought.
