does any body know what i can use to glue plexiglass tougether? i heard liquid cement?

By plexigalss I'll assume acrylic? In which case that would be Weld-on. It basically is a solvent glue which chemically glues the 2 pieces of acrylic together.

Weldon #4 is VERY liquidy...like water...even more so. It is used for nice, clean, straight edges. For less perfect application, weldon 16 can be used. It is like superglue gel in its consistency.

is there any easy to get items? like house hold? i dont need it to be too strong im just going to make a frame to hold my filtration media in place

You can use 100% silicon if it's not going to carry much of any weight. Acetone might work in a pinch too. I haven't tried using pure acetone as a glue, but I've melted acrylic w/ acetone and used that as a type of paste. Super glue works as well.
