these are a variant of eagle eyes. They have really grown in the past month.

some ricordia yuma's pretty normal coloring. Started as one I cut the head off and it split to four heads.

here is a ricordia yuma that has neon green tips, I got this one from Marlooney. Looks like it will be splitting soon.

The tank specs are:

Eclipse 3 gallon, hood was gutted out
DIY 2x13 watt pc 50/50, and 1x13 watt pc actinic 03
AC 200 for circulation

The tank is low low maintenance. I used to top off with sink water, no heater, never do water changes, rarely feed, or add supplements. For some reason this tank does extremely well.

Well I am open to suggestions/comments/advice. Thanks for looking.

here's the leather I really like this one. He's starting to out grow my tank. Marlo how do I frag?

these are really cool zoo's, I used to have a awesome colony but Cyano took them out.

this is a peach ring ricordia florida, probably my favorite in this tank. All of these corals came from frags (that I can think of.)

cut w/ scissors... i'd go about midway down the stalk and attach w/ microfilament. run the thread straight through it and tie to a rock. i also use a drop or two of superglue gel between the frag and the rock. it won't glue the coral down but it provide a more flush mount... basically fills the gaps between the frag & rock. the more surface of the leather touching the faster it'll attach.

In the big tank pic you may see a huge aptasia in my lime green skirt zoo's. That thing has taken two attacks from joe's juice, been smashed by my finger until nothing was left, and lived thru a peppermint shrimps appetite. He's the real survivor and so for now he stays.
i "feed" my aiptasia every so often w/ some joe's juice. it seems as if they don't die from it. just shrink & start over as a baby. =T

oh... and nice zoos http://www.sdreefs.com/forums/images/icons/icon14.gif
