idunno if it really has "turbo"... maybe if you add a wing or some stickers it might work better, but either way it looks like a good enough skimmer for that price. just wanted to pass on the find. i know last time i posted a skimmer deal on here you guys were all over it. good luck.

yeah, that's what i posted it for. it'd probably work great on a smaller tank. i think the outlet is 3/4" inch... but that can be upgraded to a huge chrome 4" tip to make it look cooler if you want. idunno if it'll work better but you'll think it does. not sure if they come in twin turbo. if you got a "Twin Turbo" sticker that should be equivalent. a "NOS" sticker would probably up it by ~50gph too.
