need a cheap decent laptop

so i want to by my mom a l;aptop to bring her into the 21st century.but i dont have a ton of money and shes probably just gonna use it for emailing and looking on the web.preferably with a bigger screen so she can see it ok.but im not the most computer savvy guy around.any ideas where i should look?:)
