Driving down through Murrieta on my way back to Escondido about an hour ago I got a ticket. On thanksgiving-eve. Arg.

He wrote it as 85.




Good thing he didn't catch me ~10 minutes before... I was going at least 96! :D

for past few days I see at least 1-2 cop on the road while driving around town everyday. Definitly watch out for them. I always try to stay within a group of cars...don't want to be the first or the last, if not enough car around me, I just keep it around 70ish....and of course keep my eyes open...so far so good... Careful too, whatch out for those unsafe drivers today. Have a safe one everybody.

My step daughter that lives in Temec. got one in the same area. The CHP is always sitting thru there, the tickets are definately not cheap. Last I knew tickets for that kind of speed were around $250-$300, and that was about 1.5 yrs ago when she got one on the 125 south.

Sorry to hear..................I just got a speeding ticket couple of months ago for going 80! Cost me $170 plus $26 for online traffic school.

Traffic school cannot be taken in place of paying the fine. It just keeps it off your driving record so it doesnt affect your insurance rate.

its is always a little cheaper if you go to court for it, joey has 4 lol and everytime he goes to get an extension on it to get like 2 more months to pay the judge will be like ok you owe this much...and it is usually 20-50 bucks off, idk why maybe because u actually took the time to come in and your no rich f$&k who will just send in the $ no problem! But all of Joeys have been over $300 and i think his worse one was 87ish. But that sucks, Joey once passed a motorcycle cop at 95 on xmas eve when the cop was already going 80 and for some DUMB reason the saluted him since he thought he had a clear shot getting off the freeway, well next thing we knew the cop was right next to our window knocking on it telling us to pull over, he yelled alot then let us go with no ticket. i guess we were waaaayyyy lucky haha

We were told to do this but never tried, get an extension on the ticket, i think you can get 1 over the phone, then when its almost time to pay it go to court and get another extension from the judge have to make up an excuse why money is tight blah blah blah and then he will give you another month or so then by the time all your extensions are used up and its time to pay go to court to fight it, chances are the cop who wrote you up aint going to show up for a speeding ticket he gave 6 months ago, he wont even remember you haha and if he dont show up then you dont have to pay!! :]

the driving school is CRAP
cost me $35 and a whole saturday, then they reported it to the DMV, so I had to pay another like $15 to get a printout AGAIN
still had to pay higher premium on my insurance!
