is it sharp, and did you learn with a sharp one? i've ****ed around with those before, but i cant do much more than just open it. you seem like you would know the history of the butterfly knife. is their a particular martial art they are affiliated with, if not, how did they come around.

p.s. i know i can just google it.

By the time your done spinning that thing I would have time
to do the "foot the floor defense maneuver"
(get into my car and run your ass over)

Yeah, its super sharp, i have a bunch of cuts on my hands from learning the twirls and such. the reason i dont have a dull one is ive heard that if you practice with a dull one youll form bad habits so when you transfer to a real knife youll seriously injure yourself.

As far as history goes, there isnt much known about it. It is believed to have come from the phillipines, as it is used in some filipino martial arts. i think the name comes from tagalog meaning "broken horn"
