I've been to something similar!

It's called Huang Shan (Yellow Mountain) in China.

Granted, it wasn't as "dangerous" looking as the link you posted, but some of the trails in Huang Shan were pretty steep w/o rails. It gave you goosebumps whenever a gust of wind blew too hard, you seriously felt like you would fly off the trail into oblivion. Definitely a must do though if you guys ever go to China. If I can find some pics I'll post them...

Yeah looking at that site was nuts. There is no way in hell i would ever go on that cliffside. I'll bet there is a number of people who fall off that each year. Its just so ricketty looking.
