It is just a temp moratorium. Just make sure your loan officer is closing on time. Also make sure to look at the closing costs, even you don't understand everything, just ask to take some fees off.

And yes start maping the fastes ways to HD and Lowes;)

Be sure to shop around; also get quotes for both homeowners and auto insurance from each company that offers both... multi-policy discounts can be significant.

Congrats on getting a house!

Did you pick out a place for the tank(s) yet?

I install fish tanks for a living, they damn near have my coffee mug at every HD in the county
B of A pays all our closing costs EXCEPT the inspection and like $400 of other stuff

Since I only had 1 account today, spending the rest of the day calling insurance companies and inspections people:)

I will have my own "Fish Room" that has the door access to the garage
Undecided on what to do about my tanks
thinking, selling off randoms stuff, combining both tanks into 1 (putting chiller on my 40, and moving all SPS over) temporarily, till I can find great deal on large system
I have room in the garage for a proptank too! So someday, when I have money again (no time soon) I'll start rounding up prop tank goods:)

2 small tanks is a PITA

It will all be worth it, to not hear all my neighbors conversations, to have a washer and dryer I don't need quarters for, that ACTUALLY WORKS, to have no landlord complaining about my fish stuff on my porch, to not light $1100 on fire at the end of every month
WOOOOOOHOOOOO!
