My friend has a pair of tickets to the game this weeked vs the Texans. She is willing to give them away (she is going with another friend and wont need her season seats).

Here is the catch. Giving the tickets away would be easy. But we thought it would be nice to give the seats to someone that has been helping out with the fires. Preferably two fire fighters (I'm a firefigher as well) that have been working hard on the current situation down there or someone that has provided other forms of help in this manner.

If you know of somebody that fits this criteria, please shoot me an email texn@alaska.net

Thanks and have a great day
Bill

The tickets have been given to a friend from someone on this board. He is a vol fire fighter and should have a great time at the game.

Thanks to all that helped, it was hard to pick one person. I appreciate the kind emails and good spirit.

Sometimes its good to pay forward.

I find "texn@alaska.net" rather ironic. :D

Born in San Diego, raised in Houston Texas and have been living in Fairbanks Alaska for the last 10 years.

I had to look in the dictionary to find out what "altruism" meant (educated in Texas) and saw the definition of ironic. It had my picture as a reference :D

But I do get to visit SD quite often (couple times a year). And I'll be down there again in a week. Will also be at the game against the Colts. I'll always be a Charger fan.
