View Full Version : Reef aquarium at Sea World

Well, I have not been to San Diego Sea World for over 20 years and last weekend I got a chance to go there with my kids.

Well, I thought that the salt water tank would have nice corals to look at but too my surprise there are no REAL SPS at all. All they have are these fake colorful sps.

No wonder most of the people that look at my tank thought that my corals are not real. :rolleyes:

but the tank at the birch aquarium is insane! I recently went for the first time ever.

it's alright, decent size Pocllipora colony's
the snails they have are INSANE

yeah birch is nice, by far the long beach aquarium is the best reef i've seen.

Yeah the sea world reef tank has seen better days. I'm a platinum member there my daughter loves it. We should donate some cool frags for them. I second the notion of the aquarium of the pacifics reef tank it's huge the corals are huge like the size of arms.
