Things are changing quickly, looks like the winds are picking up. It's now all of Ramona mandatory, parts of North Eastern Poway recommended (but not Mandatory yet).

But the two times I tried to look at it, around 6pm and just now it wasn't up. I guess it's probably from too many people flooding the server with requests, so I'm part of the problem. I'll stop now.
