So I bought this solar powered, outdoor, LED lamp from home depot a little ways back. It worked fine for a while then just stopped. Thought it might have been the rechargeable batteries but it is not. Anyone have any experience with solar panels and their hook ups. LMK.

Are the LEDs still working?

No - even with new batteries the LEDs do not come on. Any solutions?

are the new batteries charged ones, that would automaticaly light up the bulbs if everything is working?

If they are, then the LEDs might have failed somehow.

solar panels don't usualy break on their own.

try cleaning the solar pannels and charging the batt. in a charger.

best guess is corrosion in a high moisture environment - get a voltmeter and check the voltages inside the widget, clean contacts, etc.

if its really new bring it back to HD, usually 1 year on a lotta stuff
