shouldnt a seller answer questions about the product they are trying to sell instead of snapping back and saying i ask to many questions and there gunna keep it? lol there goes a $400 sale

The seller doesn't have to do anything. Should they, if they want to sell their stuff? Sure. To what extent is really up to them though, IMO.

maybe im overreacting lol. the seller sent me some pictures of his item and it looked pretty beat up so i asked for more pics closer and he snapped o well

That's a tough call. If I was the seller, and I felt my pics were thorough enough, then I would offer for you to come by and see it, no strings. Since there is question as to whether you would want it, I'm guessing even with more pics, then why even bother with the extra pics at that point.

IMO, that seller has no business skills...if you really want to sell some thing you should answer all your buyer's questions. Unless you have something to hide or are just an irritable person....So NICK next time no snapping....whewoooo saaaaaa!

like others have said, it's sellers discretion.

HOWEVER... if it were me selling stuff on a public forum, i'd be more than happy to take extra pictures or whatever else a potential buyer was interested in. $400 isnt pocket change... it's not like picking up some pipe fittings or something. plus, on a public forum such as this, members have their reputations to worry about, which is all the more reason to maintain a good seller rapport.

if i were the buyer, i'd want to be VERY sure that the close to half a grand I was spending was on used equipment that was in good shape, and i'd expect answers to questions i asked, including pictures, to be handled with some courtesy and respect.... and if i were the seller, i'd have enough brains to realize this.

$400 is a lot of money to spend... You as the buyer should make sure what you want to spend your money on is the quality you want. So... **** him his loss

For a $400 item I'll send you a Video if you want! Its a wierd market right now, hot weather, full moon...you'll see it reposted later.

Maybe they were just having a bad day.

....let see.... we now want the same service from a private person that we get from a LFS? Think more of a swap meet mentality here. For the most part you get great prices, and the sellers are with small exceptions, quite helpful, but they are not the LFS. If you want that kind of service, al the time, go to a LFS. That is one thing you are paying extra for there. IMO

eh, you can only take so much.. So people are just bored and like to waste your time when your are trying to sell something, usually 1 set of photos should be enough if they are decent photos. I don't know how many times I've jumped threw hoops for people whom had 0 intention of purchasing the item in the first place after a while it just gets old.

well i had every intention in the world to buy this item i even sold off a ton of my stuff to get it... all i asked for was 1 more close up pic and they freaked out lol
