View Full Version : tank, stand, plus extras
I have a 80 gallon glass tank for sale. 48 x 18 x 22. It may be a 75 gallon, not sure.
Good condition, no scratches.
Wood stand. The front was cut so that a sump could be put in. Would probably look really nice if it was refinished.
Also includes about a half bucket of live sand, 48in flourescent light, 2 nets, and anything else i can find to give away.
Make an offer.

Fair to call it an 80, standard trade size is 90 and actual volume is 82.29 gallons. What is the height of the stand?

Kee, Is that the cattle trough MH setup you were trying to sell?Did you ever get the other side to work?
I will check the height when i get home.
About the lights, both sides work, just one of the bulbs doesn't work well.

Do you remember who the tank was made by? You said that the stand has had a part cut out in order to fit the sump...has there been any sagging as a result?
I could check if there is a sticker on the tank when i get home.
I front part does not support any wieght. It had been previously cut across the middle for a sump but I had to cut it again at the bottom to fit a bigger sump in. Pretty much the front portion is removable.
To answer your question, no sagging, at least that i have noticed.

Can you take a picture of the stand with the doors open so that I can see the cuts. The tank is in good condition right?
I have been looking for a tank/stand for a bit (to no avail). Assuming the interior of the stand looks ok, I might make you an offer.
PM me our email address and I will send you some pics tonight.
