Hello Everyone,
I have a 26 gallon Acylics flat back hex and a sump that I am looking to sell. Selling because I decided that I don't have room to set it up in my one bedroom condo. The sump is Used and the Tank has had water in it once, but is in new condition. Used it as a quarintine tank once. No copper was used.
Its a black back and does not have the overflow built in. Both the sump and Hex are 36"W x 12"D x 16"H
Any Questions please PM me. Starting at $250 OBO :D

Rent whats That, I got a Mortgage, So yeah its sucks but at least I can kinda feel like I am paying myself. Bought for 202,500 and now someone just sold a similar unit for 280,000...Which equals 78,000 profit in less than year. :)

I've been looking at places to buy for a few months now.....prices are dropping nicely and interest rates have stayed decent. Glad I waited now. Still a 100K profit would have been nice...

Mortgage- I remember when I had one. I pay $1550 for a 2 bedroom apartment, in a couple of months when my lease expires my rent jumps to (based off current rate $1775-1810) assuming that it doesn't rise by then.
