I had a single 200watt in my 180 and never had heating issues (never dropped below 78) in the winter (but we kept our heat in the house at around 74.

I would think the 200 would be fine in a 100 or 75.

Jess,...hadn't planned on any LFS trips anymore. I can deliver it if you buy my 30 cube....lol.
