I have that exact chiller and it is nearly silent and cools my 150 or so gallons perfectly. That's a great price, too. I bought mine for twice as much and feel I got a great deal.

The tank setup the chillers were removed from was 5 years old. Both chillers were setup on the same tank, which is why I only have one controller. The tank was a 500 gallon freshwater setup with one big Arowana (which typically like pretty warm water), running in an office with AC, so the chillers should be in good condition with minimum run hours for their age. The tank was drained a couple months ago and I have not personally run the chillers.

The chiller is 15" tall x 12" wide x 14" front to back.
You need good venting for any chiller, but I don't know the minimum requirements.
A pump is needed to cycle water thru the chiller.
This chiller does not come with a controller, but it does need one to operate correctly.
I have read & heard some very good reviews of the Custom Sealife 1/3 HP in-line chillers.
