yah, as much as I don't like those designs they still do work.. espically well for that price range hob :D

I've seen someone successfully use one on a 30G for almost two years and the thing really does a good job if you keep up on cleaning it and make sure everything is working..

the skimmer rocks. i would buy another, but for my 125 gallon project i am looking for a downdraft skimmer. if anybody has ideas let me know
