dual 48" retro for trade or whatever

I traded 2 of my powerheads for this one month ago and it was a faulty post as VHO. When I brought this home and checked the label inside the ballast box, it showed dual 40w. I need VHO, not this standard one. http://www.sdreefs.com/forums/showthread.php?t=27751

It is a standard reefs light system include ballast (Advance Ballast (2)F40T12), one supper actinic has built-in reflector (FR40t12/03), one corallife 10K (F40 T12), and endcaps + clips. Don't know how old the lights

Would like to trade for Rio3100 or same rate pump.
