You could make a cover from some 2"x2" stock for the frame and 1/2" wire mesh. Spray/brush the frame & mesh with good enamel paint or coat it with liquid vinyl. Secure it to the lighting frame with window hardware (the locking kind if needed). That should keep inquisitive little hands out.

Thanks for the great idea. I'm more worried about screws, nails, coins etc. This tank is also in an area that is pretty impossible to baby proof. Electrocution is also an issue.

I've already made up my mind and it's gotta go.

I just called my wife and there is no label on the chiller anymore.

Oh well. It worked on my 160gal system just fine. I do know it's a "TLD" series chiller though.

I'm not going to call her again to ask about the mag. (she'll kill me) You'll have to wait to get an answer until tonite.

Chiller is a 1/4 hp titanium blah blah blah
chiller is controlled by a Ranco electronic temp control (single channel)
Skimmer is a euroreef cs6-1 with pump

I just counted frags that will go with this setup. There are over 30 frags of zoas/palys and chalices. There are even some frags of tubs alien eye chalice in there. The colors aren't great because they've been getting too much light from being outside. They are healthy though.
