Oh wow. When I first saw the couple of top pics I was like "Hmm, nice looking tank, a little sparse, but nice." Then with the following pics I realized you've actually got a LOT of stuff in there! A lot of very nice, smaller pieces...of just about everything!

Very nice upgrade.

What lights are you running? Is that a T5 fixture?

Thanks Chris. The lighting you saw was just my 48 inch Coralife PC that was on my 55. I have another 2 30 inch retrofit PCs and ballast that I am going to mount up in the hood. I am going to space them out to the outer edges of the tank with the 48 in the center. I think I am going to put actinics in those and replace the actinics that are in the fixture with 10ks. That way I can spread the lights out and cover the whole tank with light.

I believe in starting small with my frags and letting them grow. That way I can watch the development over time with pictoral records. It also saves me money by going small and getting lots of variety.

Looks awesome to me. I use the same principal, buy/trade small frags and grow 'em. Can't wait to see the next round of pics, nice job! :)

Tank looks good, Can't wait for my rock to look like that!

Never had a problem with either one of them. they were in my 55 together and actually schooled around the tank together. I think it is just a case by case situation.
