I have a 52" tv that is in need of small repair. Anyone know of someone reputable? The guy I nornally take my electronics to finally decided to retire. That *******! I am trying to get the tv to work for at least another couple years. If not, free to anyone who wants it.

Welcome to the modern world of throw away electronics. 99% of the time its cheaper to buy new than to fix, and less trouble too.
When possible, I fix my own "tronics" but with the modern level of integration, the best you can do these day is a board swap under the eyes of a factory authorized repair shop, hey, chips make it cheap, but cant get in there with a voltmeter and oscilloscope and fix the puppy.
good news if its a CRT type TV 95% of the time what fails is in the high voltage raster scan circuits and a lot of folks out there can ususally deal with that.

Ask for Herman, the guy knows his stuff, prices are reasonable.
