This ballast comes with a lifetime warranty. It's in perfect shape and lights HQI or known as pulse start, as well as magnetic start halide bulbs.

im interested.what are the connections like?can i just buy a pfo reflector and plug it into that?

That's just what I did, then bought an extension cord at Lowes with a built in GFI cut it in half and wired it up.
