Got it up and running today. What a pain in the a**, but it was worth it. I decided to go BB, but forgot 1 thing, to remove the protective sheeting from the bottom of the tank, DOH!! :o Corals and fish are all pretty pissed right now, but I guess thats to be expected. I did not even finish aquascaping. Just wanted to get the livestock in for now. Anyways,
Things I need:
More live rock
More flow.
More light, but what i have will work for now. did fine in the 90. Same depth, just wider.
Fuge light, which I'll probably get tomorrow.
Oh yeah, one more thing, a bigger tank. :D :)
Just kidding. Seriously, i never thought I would have a reef tank this size. I used to look at others and say to myself, "Damn, must be way too much upkeep."

Looks sweet... keep us posted. The water will clear in a day or so. Micron filter sock would help.

Looking good. The sheeting actually doesn't look to bad. Looks like a sprinkle of sand across the bottom. Keep the pics coming.

This is what my garage looked like after the upgrade. And this is only what the camera could capture in one shot and what I have to look forward to cleaning up tomorrow. :(

Added some LR. My aquascaping sucks, but at least it's alive.
So far no livesock lost in the transfer, even added a bta and 2 gsm's.

you definately scored with this tank mark. I suggest having less rock and having space behind the rockwork so detrius won't build up and create problmes later on.

Thanks Nick,
Nice seeing you today. I hear what you're saying and it sounds like good advice, but I'm kinda stuck with everything in there right now. I'm gonna put a couple of small powerheads to get all the of detrius (crap) out of the the back. I'll let you know how it goes. maybe someday I'll have a tank that looks as nice as yours. Thanks again. MJ

Got that from Danny. I've been thinking about fragging it, but I like it too much to cut it up. :)

I say leave it alone until you really need to.

Was messing around with the camera and took these shots. It is in complete darkness with only the moonlights on, besides, it's the only time i could get a shot of my sun coral fully open. The last one is the big leather when it's sleeping.

Wow mark, that's really nice! You're really filled it up nicely, and you've got a lot of nice pieces in there.

Really good to see you the other day, btw.

WOW! That's awesome that you still have that leather. It was originally from Yolo (Mike). :)

Cool setup!
I like that huge leather! Is it really that bright with the moonlights on?

Not really that bright. I just used the auto setting on my digi cam and It used a really long exposure time. I haven't taken the time to figure out how to use it.
