very impressive! Everything looks really professional. Are you having 4 returns? be sure to put shut-off valves on everything!

I didn't. It's made to handle a ton of flow, like 1200gph+, I'm only pushing perhaps 500, so little it rendered it useless, so I swapped it out for a normal one - which is working fine.

:)
so now that I'm back from vacation I finished my plumbing so I thought.
so here are my problems :
1. my overflow works great and return is perfect but were I split the drain
to go to the fuge I have no flow at all (on left side of pic)

also my scwd was not working wouldn't switch at all , guess its time to mod it :)
And pump leaked a little but that was my fault , forgot to tighten down reduceing bushing at pump head so that created air
This is my first tank with real plumbing so any advice or help is much appricated :D

Is that a ball valve before it? Even with it open all the way you get no flow? The scwd might not have enough flow through it. Good luck Joe!

now I have finished redoing my plumbing so that it works right ,
my question now is that if I reduce the 1 1/2 on the right side to 1" will that quiet it down alittle. Seems to me that the water flow to skimmer section has
a lot of extra space which creates noise and vibration
