I have 1 head that fell where I couldn't reach it so when I fished him out I kind of squeezed it and now it is partially bleached.

Are you using Antinic lighting only? My rics do that as well under Antinic only.

I got some of these from OG for $39.99, they are pretty nice. I still like Ric. Floridas better.

I am also curious on the lighting in the pic too. Mostly because of the candy cane in the back. Is that green candy cane? Or another strain I dont know of...

that's the normal type (pinkish type) just like in my tank

It's the standard Nano Cube stock lighting with an additional 35 watts "upgrade". So 55 watts I guess.
