Buying a house/construction

My girlfriend and I are in the process of buying a house, and it is looking like we are going to have to put some money in things like A/C, extending walls, bathrooms, etc... Anyone a trades/craftsmen/women that may be interested in pimping out themselves in the future? No huge projects that I forsee yet, but we will most likely be putting down a bamboo floor, need some french doors hung, a wall built, things like that. We might need to nock down a wall too, but everyone will be invited for that.

I won't even start with the plans I have for putting up a El Tank-o Grande
