A rock anemone would be my guess. Good or bad?.....I'm not sure.

I think they are just small colonial tube worms. Should be harmless.

either baby feather dusters, or baby aptisia. can't really tell.

Try a peppermint shrimp, if they go for it, it's aptasia. Easy way to ID :)
