Sunday 12 - 4

4950 Coronado Ave # 13

$424,000 688 sq ft 1 bedroom half a blaco from the ocean - you can hear it, feel it, smell it constantly. Beautifully remodeled kitchen, bright, airy, well lit. I'm thinking of buying it myself but it has no private yard for my dogs so my BF would probably leave me. Gorgeous tile community bbq pit.

Keep in mind, kids, that I don't dictate the market. This was meant as an invitation to my open house, not to open myself up to a public stoning! This is where I live and work. I know it costs a lot, for myself as well, but I can't imagine being anywhere else and a lot of people feel the same way. It's a quality of life thing for me. OB forever and ever and ever!

Allright, I've PM'd him and in the meantime removed my company info, and as an afterthought, my personal website as well as it is business-related. Thanks for the heads up.

Do you own this property?

If not, did you ask Moore, if it's OK to advertise your business?

Wow, that's a worrisome thought.

It really is a nice place. I'm usually pretty bored during the open houses but here, we throw open all the doubledoors, and since we're upstairs the sunlight and the breeze just flood in. I love holding this house open, I wish I didn't have to leave when it's over. I'm pretty bummed 'cause I could totally live there forever but Sergio is so good about taking the boys out for walks - and they were my dogs long before he and I even met so he doesn't have to do that - I really have to consider his feelings too. However tragic that may be. But anyway . . . : )

I just came home from Temecula from a birthday party. Glad I don't have to drive up there everyday as my friend does. I am exhausted. And my tank is half empty.
