Power is going off on thursday

OK! i got back from vacation and my brother tells me the power is gona be off on thursday at 8:30am for 6 hours for some kind of repair in the area. my lights dont turn on till 1am but the power heads are still on all day and skimmer. i know my corals are gona hate me with there is no flow in the tank. is there anything out there that battery powered for power heads? 6 hours of now current? is that good?

You could get a dc to ac converter for a car and run you pumps off a car battery

6 hours is not very long. take some water out now. and then some more tommorow. then do water changes with that water during the outage. in other words, syphon water out and put it back in.


of course this only works if you or someone else is home.
