love the tank!! i would take back the flame scallop and the mandarin goby until your tank is way more established and the clam might want more light but good job it lookd good

Last I looked into it, it was generally not known how to feed flame scallops, so they'll die over a period of a couple of weeks/months.

As for the Spotted Mandarin (Synchiropus picturatus) try to get him eating prepared foods. I had some success with frozen mini mysis. They're small, can be carried along by a small amount of current, and apparently look enough like live food for the fish to start eating them. With time you may not have to turn most of the pumps off, and may even be able to move to full-sized mysis or pellets.

That lighting may also be insufficient for the clam.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Very nice!

Where did you get the pipefish and how much was he? Is it eating? I bought two banded ones but they both refused to eat anything... very sad.

We bought him at OG for $25. he's eating misis. We had bought a blue-ish pipefish a month ago and we found it dead the next morning :(. This guys doing great so far though

man we dont even have this tank anymore. but the scallop was from og 5 months ago, and we dont have the pipefish anymore
