Posting Pictures?!?

I can't seem to get my Pictures to post with the IMG button, it will only link them.

You can post pictures (2) two ways:

1) Upload them into a place that will let you take up webspace and link them.

2) Use a program that can modify pictures to a file size less than 10,000 kilobytes. Then find it on your hard drive via the "attach file" button. And upload it directly to the forum.

I currenlty have them hosted on my server, but it won't let me exploit that option when I use the img tag I end up with a link instead of the image showing up in the post. I wanted to post a group of pictures so it would take a while for me to attach it one.. No worries though I'll just do it tonight.
