I finally have internet access at home again, so I can throw up...some pictures. My most recent full tank shot sucks as I just put back a bunch of acros that I had removed for red bug killer. So that is the disaster on the sandbed...

oh, my monitor really sucks so I had to adjust the gamma, let me know if the pics are too bright/too dark and I will adjust.

Odd how the tops of the rocks are empty because all the damn frags are on the sand!

an encrusting monti....the thing browned out for a while, new encrusting growth has the proper blue. I am not sure what color the polyps were supposed to be when I bought it.

okay I got some Hamilton 14k shots, the pics came out WAY blue even though I don't see it in real life. I tried to color correct based on the sand...

I don't know how to take shots and I don't know how to manual focus/exposure, I just have a canon elph...sorry!

nothing is for sale or trade, I am working on a frag tank and pieces and stuff. When I have an idea of what I want to get rid or have to sell/trade of I will post it.

Hopefully lots of zoos and rics though, not enough of them around here for the board!

I finally figured out what this acro (my first!) is called:

Acropora caroliniana

It since was the first one to do badly from the red bugs and turned white and brown. It is slowly recovering and finally starting to grow

Here is a recent shot of it: The red bugs really torched it but it is coloring up again. Notice the monti in the upper right.

I got it from a co-worker. It didn't grow much at all for the first 8-10 months, all of a sudden it took off. Hopefully it gets that deep green color again.

before anyone asks for frags, here are some zoo chomping nudis I got with a zoo frag.....the only cool thing is when they take on the color of the zoos they eat.... i.e. green, orange.

Not cool enough to keep them from getting tossed in the garbage disposal...
