Aggressive Fish Tank

What are the necessities of one. If I just wanted FOWLR; obviously a sump and skimmer aren't, so what else would you use on one?

I always like to have a sump, I just setup my friend 50g fowlr a sump with G1X skimmer, more water volume and no more power heads, heater hanging at the back.

sump,bio ball,skimmer,UV sterlizer,power head,pump.
Lighting is not require as strong as reef tank but 2 Watts/gallon is enough.
