where do they refill co2?

im trying to refill my co2 tank for my reactor. does anyone know where they refill these things. Not bottle exchange but actual refill. Preferably south of the 8 but any help is appreciated.

airgas next to AW. they normally refill as long as you request it. otherwise they exchange.

Pertty much any place that sells kegs of beer can refill the tank.

Westair gas on miramar refilled my tank last time I was there. It just takes 5 minutes instead of 2.

Airgas by AW is pretty expensive for a fill, mine was $22 for a 5lb tank. BeverageFactory on Miramar road is half that.

i ended up at san diego welders supply on main. had to do bottle exchange oh well. about $31 for 20lb bottle.
