They are standard advance ballast with long cords and ceramic sockets. Great way to upgrade from VHO or PC

I never had a 30g cube. You must be thinking of a 30g tall. It kinda looks like a cube because its 24x12x24.

I do have it if your interested. Lighting is 2x55w + 1x36w pc
I also have AquaC skimmer for it if you need.
