I've saved the majority of my coins this last year. Just finished rolling them few minutes ago...$182 not including pennies!

We normally use cash for everything we can and roll the change once a month or so, it's normally about $40 or so... and that doesn't count all the quarters and dimes I use in the slot machines in the break room.

I didn't realize people still used cash. Any coins I have get rolled into future purchases, often less than a dollar.

I always throw my change in the center console of my F150. When it rattles around too much I take it all to the bank. It ends up being about $80 every couple of months.

I usually wait till 2 large coffee cans are full then roll it. Ends up between $150 and $200 every 3 or 4 months.

It's funny that you have to put the coins into rolls on your own.
I have an account with a bank in Europe that has coin counters in one ATM per bank location. No manual labor and it goes right into whichever account you want.

I always sve my coins. We take out all of the quarters for laundry and get a few hundred dollars a year from it.

Ditto. And the time I waste counting it is amortized over the long haul when I make those rare cash purchases, rather than having to spend a large chunk of time one every few months or a year. I mean, I'm generally pulling it out when I'm waiting in line and couldn't do anything else anyways, rather than have to spend a large chunk counting it.

when i was waiting on tables the change added up pretty quickly. It was fun to going to the store and buying things with a big ol roll of ones. I always got a funny look.
