trade pfo dual 400 hqi for dual 250 hqi ballast/bulbs

I've got (2) pfo hqi 400w ballasts and (2) hamilton 14k 400w bulbs that I'm looking to trade, for

your (2) pfo hqi 250w ballasts or a dual pfo hqi 250w and bulbs

I basically want to swap the ballasts and bulbs, with everything else (reflector, wires) as is.
