Well, it is time for me to show some pictures of my tank. It is an in-wall 40 gallon tank with dimension 22 inch height x 18 inch wide x 24 inch length.

It is very simple because the only expensive equipment is the 24 inch, 4 bulbs TEK T5 light supplemented by Catfish 24 inch 2 bulbs HO T5.
The only filter is a hang over tank power filter Aquaclear 110.

I have no refugium, no sump, no skimmer, no calcium reactor, etc....

I do have a pinpoint pH monitor, submersible heater, and digital thermometer. That's all folks.

Well, here is my very simple in-wall reef tank. I had it for about 2 months.

Sweet! That's a very nice looking tank. I love the in-wall setup, it's so clean. Very nice corals also. Keep us updated with how everything is doing!

My goal for the next few days or weeks.

1. Look a good looking Nemo clown fish to complete my set of 4 fish. They will be my FANTASTIC FOUR. Reason for the name is:

Blue angel is like Mr. Fantastic, it will stretch/enlarge and out grown my tank in the near future.

McCosker Flasher Wrasse is flaming red and glides smoothly throughout the tank. It is like the Human Torch.

Royal Gramma is like the Invisible Woman. It likes to hide and be invisible and out of site. It often comes out during feeding time. It also open its mouth wide in a stance to ward of other fish....sort of like creating a force field around her.

Then the future clown fish will be The Thing. It will have orange color, strong and hardy.

------------

My other goals is to get frags because I don't have room for big corals anymore. The two frogspawns open up so big that it takes almost half of the tank...because I have to consider their potential stinging perimeter.

Very nice looking setup, is that in a closet?

It is a very small storage room. Only 3 feet x 6 feet.

good luck with your goal!! lol creative!! :D

Thanks.

I was about to call my cleaner shrimp Dr. Doom since I thought it was "doomed" after a day I bought it from Aquatic Warehouse. I even created a thread about it.

But Dr. Doom is pretty stupid and corny...so I scratched that... :D

Rare clownfish are usually about $100/each... so expect about that much.

I had a pair, but the female got sucked into my return pump. :(
Now, I only a male left.

It's a single bar GSM!

What does that mean?

Single Bar Gold Strip Maroon clown. The single strip is over the top of the head. This particular male as a blue dot near he's tail.

Thanks for the offer Danny.
The kids that look at my tank often ask about why I don't have Nemo since "Dora" is in there. The GSM that you are talking about won't look like Nemo even though it is a prized specimen.

Also, if I buy a clownfish that is about $100, my wife would kill me.

Pet Kingdom has some naked clownfish if you want all orange.

Yes, for all to see.

Thank you for all who complimented on it. I wish that I have the guts to do the plumbing like many of the tanks that I see here. I am just afraid that it could cause leaks or flooding and in a public place, it would spell disaster.

In time, I will have a much bigger tank in my own home where I will feel more comfortable with the plumbing....provided that my boss (wife) would let me. :D

I think drilled tanks and tanks with overflows are not unsave at all. It is all about the amount of water you have to account for in case of a power outage.
And since your tank is in a closet, you can easely have a secondary containment.
