I have one of those portable outdoor fire pits, the round brass type. Won't fit a pallet but you can make a good size fire in one.

I don't know what time is good for everyone, but the pits at coronado fill up. Someone might wanna reserve a spot before the sun goes down. The pits are good sized. Big enouugh for pallets. Does everyone know where they are at? There are virtually behind the hotel del. Go down the sidestreet and it deadends. There is a park right across the street where we can play football, soccer, whatever. This is basically my backyard so if someone needs directions I can post them for people coming. Lmk, Vinny.

There's a lot of parking along Ocean Boulevard but it fills up on busy days. There's no special insider trick here; simply come early or be prepared for a hike. The beach is wide and the sand gets painfully hot in the midday sun. Bring footwear to get to and from the cooler sand near the water's edge. No alcohol, no glass. Dogs allowed only at North Beach.

Just be sure to teach them to stay on the right side of the road. A woman from santee was killed out at superstition on saturday. She was on a quad on the wrong side of the road, and did a header in a lifted dodge truck @ 35mph, and the truck was going 15-20.

Wow, sorry to hear that. My condolences to her family and friends. It is easy to do out there with all that talcum dust flying around. I saw the same thing last thanksgiving @ occitillo during a super thick sand storm, only it was a bike and buggy crash.
I literally had to stand up and lean on the windshield of my van to see the lines 1.5 ft off the bumper so I could get thru it.

Bruno, I am sorry you missed us, but we were there. I had Kamil post our loc. as best as possible, and the lighting was a little bad to see a blue van. We will figure out a beter ID system for next time.

That tank is one of those that comes around every so often. Think I might go BB. Have it all cycled back up, everything came up right away. After a bit of observation and decision, going to off one of my two systems and keep the best of the best. Will have some livestock and LR. That thing was fully stocked...
